Option 2: I am applying to be a licensed chaperone; I will fill in the online NCC form and start the process ASAP.
Option 3: I am not applying to be a chaperone and understand I will not be able to support or go backstage with my performer.
I am available to help backstage for the following performances, please tick the shows at which you can help. Remember to keep a performance free so you can watch the show.
